What to do when video and audio are out of sync while using USB DAC?

When such matter occur please follow the below steps.
1. Right click the volume icon located at the right bottom on your PC background and press Play device (P)
2. Click COWON PLENUE R2 DAC and click set as default
3. Click COWON PLENUE R2 DAC and click Property
4. From advanced settings -> 16bit, 192000Hz(Studio Sound) -> Apply
