FAQ/QnA 2020-01-03 18:13:08 The player does not turn on

In the case that the battery is not charged enough it may not turn on. Connect the device to the back USB port of the PC and fully charge the battery before turning it on. If it is not working even after charging, press and hold the play/pause button for 8 seconds to reset the device and recharge the battery. In the case that the device does not turn on after reset and recharging, contact the local retailer for AS service.
