There are several reasons. 1. Your iAUDIO is not connected to a PC. 2. If your Operating System is Windows 98 or 98 SE, please install a driver for iAUDIO. Please refer to the manual. 3. If your operating system is under win 2000 or XP and it doesnt recognize your device, then please use the USB port on the back side of your computer, not a hub. Thank you.
