Menu -> Picture -> PHOTO VIEW button, then you can select Wallpaper. If Defaults is selected, default wallpaper will be displayed. If User is selected, the image set as Wallpaper in Picture mode will appear as the wallpaper. (Settings-Display-Wallpaper)
