FAQ/QnA 2010-06-16 15:05:29 I can��t turn on my COWON J3.

Please fully charge the battery in case the battery has been drained. If the battery is low, it may take a few seconds to power on. If the player does not respond at all, first disconnect all USB and power cables, and then press the RESET button on the player. RESET button simply powers off the player and does not affect the player in any other way. Thank you.
