It is located in the tray at the lower right corner of your computer screen when iAUDIO is connected.
However, if your operating system is under 98, 98 SE or ME, it sometimes doesn't appear in the tray.
If so, please make sure that all the files are transferred before removing your device from the computer to prevent losing the files and malfunctioning.
