Currently, iAudio CW300 can play mp3 files only but not other media files.
If wma or asf files are played, mp3 player is required a multipurpose-decoder to support the format of those files.
But, CW300 is installed a high-quality sound encoder which is considered the importance of quality of sound so that iAudio CW300 cant play other files except mp3/mp2, ido, and sc4 files.
By that, iAudio CW300 only play mp3/mp2, ido, and sc4 files.
And, play all other formats of file is directly related to hardware decoder chip. So, it is impossible to solve by upgrade firmware.
(It is impossible in the future as well.)
