1. Please click the ‘Safely Remove Hardware’ icon in the PC tray.
2. Click the pop-up message (“Removing USB Mass storage device.”)
3. The ‘Safely Remove Hardware’ window appears, and says “Now you may safely remove “USB mass storage device” from the system. At the same time, you can see “OK to Disconnected” on your remote control of iAUDIO M5.
6. Remove your iAUDIO M5 from your PC.
*** If there’s a pop-up window says “Cannot stop ‘Genetic Volume’ device now. Please try to stop the device again later”, you may execute it after a few minutes.
