	Warning/Caution
	When you install this firmware in your device, you won’t lose the data in your device. However,
	please back up your data in case of loss.
	Please make sure the battery is charged enough for upgrade. It is recommended to connect a wall
	adaptor while upgrading your device.
	Do not turn off or press the reset button of your device while it is upgrading.
	Recommended to download firmware from our website only.

	Note
	You are able to check files are saved correctly through "check disk" When your device is not working stable.
	Run 'Disk Check' menu in 'Setup > System > General'.
	Please make sure that you are disconnecting your device with "safely remove hardware" for disconnecting
	your device and PC safely.
	COWON Media Center - You can easily convert or rip your files to compatible files on COWON O2PMP by
	JetAudio. (AVI, MP4, Musepack, WavPack, TTA, APE, FLAC and so on)


	Stabilized file systems
	- Recommended to install this firmware to improve stabilization of using your device.

	Video mode
	- Fixed the error that system was down when the font of video subtitle was true type.
	- Fixed the error that Hebrew and Arabic subtitles were displayed from left to right when the font of video subtitle was true type.

	Documents mode
	- Fixed the error that Hebrew and Arabic texts were displayed from left to right.

	When you need to upgrade your device.
	1. The current firmware version of your COWON O2PMP is different from the application version. 2. Your Device doesn’t power up after format the device. 3. Your device halts due to deletion of the system folder or other unknown bugs. 4. When HDD error is occurred after disk cleanup. 5. New firmware is published with fixed bugs. 6. New features are enhanced with new firmware.

	Please read notes before install the firmware.
	1. Unzip the latest firmware provided by COWON.COM and save it in any folder. 2. Please connect the USB port on the back of your computer when you are upgrading firmware. 3. The battery must be charged enough or full

	After unzip the firmware file, select all files in the firmware folder and right click to copy.

	Connect COWON O2PMP to a PC via USB cable. When connection is made, paste the firmware files to the root folder of COWON O2PMP.

	Click “safely remove hardware” icon in the tray at the lower right corner of your computer screen to disconnect COWON O2PMP from the PC.

Make sure the COWON O2PMP is turned off and then Press the power button. COWON O2PMP will automatically start firmware upgrade. COWON O2PMP will restart after finishing upgrade.
