1) Remove both the earbuds from the charging cradle and connect them to your smartphone. 2) Adjust the Media volume in Settings > Sound and Vibration > Volume 3) Turn off Bluetooth function in Settings > Bluetooth 4) Reconnect the earbuds to your smartphone after turnning on Bluetooth function in Settings > Bluetooth.
